At this point, my project is almost done! I have finished editing and I am currently working on the audio and music. When I was filming, it was impossible to find a time where everyone in my house was completely silent. Since there wasn't much dialogue anyway, I decided to cut out all the audio from the footage and fully rely on sound effects and music. I will be using simple effects that are free on WeVideo to convey simple sounds such as a sigh, footsteps, and more. I am excited for everyone to see the final product.
Besides the audio, the title screen and credits are the last thing I have to complete. This should be quite simple since I already picked out the font. I decided to make the title black and red to further portray elements of the horror genre. The credits will be in white because that will help it stand out from the backgrounds within the montage. I want to rearrange the credits on the screen in each shot for some variety as well.
As for the CCR, I have some ideas on what I will do. I want to create an interactive video that portrays my filming and editing process. I feel like this is the most efficient way to complete the CCR at this point in time.
Overall, the Coronavirus has given me a few set backs, but I can confidently say I worked around most of them.
